Our Arc 5mm winter wetsuit boots have long been a favourite among outdoor centres and surf schools who use Circle One kit and the design and manufacturing are better than ever. The 5mm thick super stretch neoprene moulds to your feet, allows total freedom of movement and is easy to get on and off. The glued and blindstitched seams allow no cold water in and keep your feet warm even in mid winter water temperatures.
We add in a reinforced achilles and ankle support which supports the foot during intense water activities such as surfing and coasteering. Additionally, the sole is hard-wearing and grippy, built to protect your feet but also provide grip to a surfboard or rocks when you need it. Your feet will feel supported in these premium winter wetsuit boots which are comfortable enough for all-day wear.
Side zip entry makes these easy to get on and off - not something that can be said for all 5mm thick wetsuit boots! These boots get put through their paces in outdoor centres and surf schools but demonstrate durability and warmth in extreme conditions. Try them yourself to feel the difference.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you require an urgent exchange, it would be quickest to place a new order online first, then return the existing item (as per our normal returns process) for a full refund.
Please ensure you complete the returns form provided with your order and include it with our returned item/s. If you misplace the returns form then please contact us on 0330 043 1256 or email us at [email protected] and we will arrange for a duplicate to be sent to you.
Returns must be UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and in the ORIGINAL packaging (where applicable) and in a resalable condition. This is the only way we can issue a refund or arrange an exchange. It is usually the case you can re-use the packaging the order came in to send goods back to us. In the case of the Surfboards and related products, please ensure (if possible) you use the original reinforcement material contained in the packaging in order to minimise potential damage. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Circle One reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty or the wrong item. All returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We advise you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. If you used PayPal to pay for your initial order, then you may be able to claim back the cost of postage through them.
As soon as returned goods reach us, we will process your refund and you will be notified accordingly.
SURFBOARD DELIVERY: due to their more fragile construction, we make extra effort to pack our surfboards really well in order to minimise damage in transit. It is rare that damages occur but we strongly urge you inspect the board and packaging at point of delivery. If you find any damage to the product or packaging, please sign as ‘damaged’ and contact us on 0330 043 1256 at your earliest convenience.
