What is Rosiglitazone?

Rosiglitazone is a anti-diabetic drug that belongs to thiazolidinedione class of drugs. Rosiglitazone is used to lower blood sugar and keep it under control. Rosiglitazone does this by helping your body use its own natural insulin better.
